Mark, the two sites do come up using IE6. I cannot think of a mechanism that would keep you from opening just those sites for weeks. The error message you get is standard and is not really helpful. Could it be your ISP's name server is confused?

Maybe someone else here can get the server number for the two sites and then you can try those.

For trouble shooting possible ISP issues it helps to have a second, free ISP. Juno and Bluelight come to mind. I use Juno only when msn fails [very seldom].
