Sorry about the delay in responding. I still own ASPN. Haven't been able to do any research the past few weeks, so not up to speed on everything that is happening. The California situation is bad. I was there two weeks ago and many folks I talked to were genuinely concerned. Surprisingly most are willing to acknowledge their NIMBY attitudes are largely responsible for the mess. Have also been in the surrounding states. Their neighbors "wish the California politicians would shut the F%$# up"! Most think the average California citizen is OK but they elected morons to lead them. Kind of amazing that so many people are so "up" on what is going on.
