Right on! The west has been benefiting from federal hydro electric projects that have given them subsidized electricity for years. Now they are coming into line with the rest of the country. Here in New Jersey I pay my local utility 11.5 cents per KWH. That's a lot more than the 8.5 cents you pay in North Carolina. Perhaps we could start a new thread to discuss the energy situation?
