Wrong. A moderator can exclude anybody for any reason, and SI admin doesn't get involved. If there were a check and balance, it would be different. If a moderator had to ask SI Admin to ban a poster and show good reason, it would be different. But as it is, it's arbitrary and capricious, and there is no appeal procedure. About as far from justice as it's possible to get.
