the way i see avci, it's bumping along on a low and won't move until the whole sector starts to move but it will move quickly then. it has a long, well-tested base in this area. of course, a TO could move it quicker or some very bad news could push it down thru support but, fwiw, loks like a good place to build a position if you're patient.
