I think you've flatlined. At the least, you have to apply the percentages against each other and they become progressively smaller. If you extract recent immigrants out of the minimum wage demographics, the percentages become even lower. All you're doing is zeroing out factors if you don't like them, and assuming 100% conformity with your objective if they meet at least 50% on a single sub-demographic. Perhaps, you should hire a competent lawyer to argue your case. I don't want to argue rhetoric with you anymore since that's all you seem to want to do.
