1500 shares traded today, all at $2.10.

I suspect that bidders are asking for more than is being given
which means there is very little available at current levels.
I doubt that significant positions can be established around here and
that any effort at even moderate accumulation will take higher
prices. Too bad for those who have not already gotten in.
Still, the potential is so high that even paying up, around here,
will still be very profitable IMHO.
