Update from the AGM... Via roving reporter Goalie01 and his cell-phone! (Let's see if I can beat gemsearcher to the punch!) - No major things happened at the meeting. A relief after last year's meeting. Everything went as expected. Meeting lasted an hour. - CJ chaired formal part of meeting; Patrick the rest of the meeting, recapping priorities, company objectives, Messina goals and keeping Klipspringer on-track. - Authorization of 1 or more PPs passed 91.85% - Increased option for exec/mgt to keep and attract highly qualified individuals passed 89.95%. - 8 members of BOD re-elected unanimously for 1 year. ---------------------- Patrick discussed 2 properties adjacent to Messina that SUF applied for prospecting rights (these were returned to S.A. gov't a year ago). 170+ companies have applied for these rights, so the competition is stiff. However, IF SUF can get these, it would be very positive for the company. I'll leave it to gemsearcher or others to fill in the details of what this prop. would mean to the company. Goalie (& Geoff)
