Actually, I was referring to things I expect to happen over a longer timeframe (next 2 - 3 years) when a natural gas turbine "build-out" matures -- one might consider what is happening there to be short-term fluctuations related primarily to weather, and perhaps to the bad publicity some of the larger concerns have rcvd for "gouging"

Again, california is its own game ... has its own set of problems
