Ed, I've been concerned about the poison pill and our ability to attract venture partners/investors too. It's easy enough to say.."oh, sure the sale of the Colorado property will clear the bridge loan, and once ADS sells then much of that ltd will be retired, etc.."....but so far we've been very disappointed there....and now w/layoffs at ADS and an apparent drop in revs, ergo a lower sale value of that entity sans patents...it does appear discouraging... However the fact remains that those are valuable (?) assets with the inherent equity ability to retire debt...and we do per ITG apparently have something unique to offer an internet behemoth. Bill Gates is most bullish on our sector and technology and has the long view of what it can do once broadband connectivity is more widespread... If we had a wealthy partner taking a stake in the internet operation, then we would have the ability to 1. enforce our patents 2. wager from strength the value of ADS 3. have the time to get our price for Colorado.... So it all boils down to just how good our technology is compared to the rest...and.... salesmanship...
