Mrs. Peel,

Art Cashin, in his cameos on CNBC, doesn't really reveal an entire suite of cards, as you might suspect. His role is to find great one-liners and amuse the easily titillated such as myself. If I may be so bold as to interpret the tea leaves as they're artfully cashed in on the screen, I'd say Art is cautiously pessimistic, except for the wild card of irrational exuberance he sees raising its pretty little head every so often, Tuesday last being a good example. You know, when the mo starts to go? It ain't the move its the motion, gimme some lotion its time for locomotion. You know, that kind of thing. Animal spirits. And some distilled as well.
