Dear Charles: Curious what you think. My original thinking before this latest onslaught was that if the stock held 20 it could see 30 by calendar year end. I now think, since it pierced the 20 mark that the goal is in the high 20's (say 28) by year end!! Course if anything new and exciting comes out then that might be too low, on the other hand if they continue to warn might be too high.
Here are some other thoughts I have been thinking, wouldnt mind others comments to make sure its not "fuzzy" thinking:
1. If I recall, this comparitive qtr last year showed a 46% gain in revenue over THAT comparitive qtr. So, if this time our gain is miniscule still compares VERY WELL to other companies that might show larger %age gain this qtr. but had much lower comparitive qtr.
2. It is not clear to me the latest status of the USPIII. I know they were going to work from the bottom up, but remember they got stymied with poor chips from TI (or something like that). Has that yet been rectified and are we still progressing up the ladder. If we are stymied I can certainly understand revenue weakness as I would think most buyers would await the newer product.
3. I know the Dot Coms died and went to hell, but the internet is still here, I PRESUME that the future is the Internet just as Scott always said. Is it reasonable to presume that, while we wont have the "flash in the pan" success like 2,000 that the growth in that area OUGHT to be steady in the future?
