It is thunder storming outside, again, in sheets of water. I am in sheltered comfort.
I had happy napped from 4:00-5:30pm local time.
My belly has been, as usual, fed by the in-laws.
The music box is playing, for a change, "Macarena Dance Party" by Ray Anthony Big Band, featuring the twist, hokey pokey, bunny hop, locomotion, conga, chicken dance, electric slide, and of course, macarena. Vocals by Madeline Vergari.
The world looks pretty friendly right now.
INTC? Yup, tonight be the night. Once upon a bullish night I had been a regular short on INTC puts, treating the chip as a regular monthly source of petty cash, until one day I choked on a train load of pre-split shares of the chips, accounting for 120% of my NAV. Can never have enough of a good thing, when it is good. There is a bit of Pezz in everybody:0)
You could say I was drunk on money those days. Luckily, the bullish days floated all ships and covered up all mistakes. Ah, those were the days.
I am pretending to do research tonight. Intrigued by heinz's short of FNM. If I believe all the rants I put out, I ought to be more proactive. Also looking into the DROOY, HGMCY, and GOLD. Paying attention to MO. No particular hurry on any. Happy luxury of cash ... [EDIT: Maurice and Pezz, are you guys there:0)] ... and if no fish on hook, then another night.
