People will have had almost 1 year after the announcement of the two new initiatives to do their in depth DD and slowly accumulate at low prices. It's amazing though that all some people see is a stock that isn't moving, so they DON'T buy. Once KVH has everything in place, people wanting in will look back and say, "Gee, if only I had bought back then ...". Well, I'm not one of them. I've been buying for over a year. <g>
