UBS Warburg leading the deal. 10:12 ET Alexion Pharm (ALXN) 24.85 -3.04 (-10.9%): USB Piper Jaffray downgrades to BUY from Strong Buy after Phase Ib psoriasis disappointment and lack of near-term triggers. Despite compelling valuation, ALXN is now a "Show Me" stock... ALXN also being cut by Josephthal & Co this morning (Hold from Buy).
