I'm almost teary-eyed with nostalgia seeing some of the excellent short squeezes we've had this week. I read that short interest is way up. What a great way to burn traders.

The funny thing is I think the pros are the ones getting hurt the most. That's where I'm seeing all the short side calls and doomsday stuff. I'm no exception on the writing side at least (I've made money trading this week). I had a doomsday article last week in TM.

Remember in the glory days when CNBC had all those stories about the individual investor bailing out the market? I wonder if their optimism right now is a leading, rather than contrary indicator.
