Larry, lt me try and answer the question you asked Alex, why shorting KLAC. Here it is, history shows that where AMAT goes, so does KLAC. In the frame work of the group, KLAC as advanced more than other semi-equip., but the leader's chart, AMAT, stinks, having failed to make a new high since th April 20th high of 59 or so, and having made in late Mat a double top just under that April high, furthermore, having made recently a new lower low, AMAT at least is in your own book a weak stock. Thus, if AMAT may go down and break, its follower KLAC who has gone higher than "necessary", may actually break harder.
