If California environmentalists hadn't scrapped the nuclear plant at San Onofre, we'd have power for a million more people than we do now. I'm all for a clean environment, but when people are moving in to this state at such a rapid rate, you have to be able to provide the infrastructure to support their living here. Some of our politicians have been very short-sighted in this regard, IMO. I hope they get thrown out of office after the next election.
