No comment other than that if the company fails, I doubt much will be recovered for bondholders. Distressed asset sales in this environment would likely not lead to any kind of bidding war.

Re: stock
Looks like investors are losing patience with management. Clock is ticking for them to provide greater assurances about their new business plans - on both financial and sales targets fronts.
