Regardless of the final outcome, one has to give Crystallex credit for being persistent. They picked up Bolivar Goldfields assets, are acquiring El Callao, and have demonstrated they want to be a miner in Venezuela by being in production. There must be high grade zones on Brisas and Las Cristinas that a small miner, like Crystallex, might be able to take advantage of. They have some infrastructure to try it. Maybe it is time for joint venture instead of lawsuits ?
