I guess the thing to do is be able to create larger long positions so i can write more contracts. Honestly, I think the thing to do is to change brokers. In particular, my experience with Schwab was horrible -- you pay higher fees than online brokers with what actually is a lower level of service. Changed to Ameritrade, where option trades are $10 + 1.50/contract.
