Are you implying that Intel is in .13um full production mode right now and Intel skipped sampling and shipping actual products without any 3rd party support? No, I'm not implying that at all... I outright stating that Intel is ramping 0.13 micron in at least one fab now and is producing and shipping microprocessors for release in another month or so. The Tualatin P3 is due out shortly, therefore Intel must be shipping production now for the release.
