Simply put, it is exceedingly interesting to some that 1 year ago the ratio was 3/1 in INTC's favour, today it is 1/1, and some here speculate that one year from now it is likely to be 1/3!!! That's a pretty significant trend/phenomenon were it to occur (I for one think it will!!!)
