That 600kbps thoughtput on HDR is for real.

Do you think it's too low or too high?
I think in CDG white paper it is 800kbps for mobile and 1.4Mbps for fixed.

The term of speed is widely used by everybody, DSL, cable modem, LAN etc etc.

And they all like to talk peak rate instead of throughput.

And they all slow down with more users.

Several months ago I have to change my computer to a different subnet because the one I was at just having too much collisions and the error rate is way too high.

Nothing new, nothing less.

As Eric pointed out, the speed is really a term used for hype.

And everybody used it.
