Dan, I just came across this thread. As you know I own Clifton and just bought some ACMG. ACMG sent a letter to stockholders which documented the fact that Behre Dolbear estimates the potential resource at close to 200,000 ozs from one part of the Keiwit zone. The company geologist estimates a resource of 1 million ounces within this zone. Previous drilling had widths of over 60' grading .03 ozs or more. Dolbear recommends more drilling because of the results of the 6 previous holes. They say that there is a significant chance to add to the resource should addtional drilling extend the deposit. This is great news.

The letter refers to the royalty that ACMG holds on Clifton production and makes note that Clifton's production is important to ACMG in that these royalties will provide ACmG with its first earnings from operation which will be used to push their iperations toward production. Call Keith or Bill Moeller if you have any questions at 801-756-1414. ACMG has 70mm shares outstanding and they are selling for 5 cents to give ACMG a market cap of 3.5mm.
