Big men like Shaq can't arc the ball from the free throw line as well as smaller players

that doesn't explain why Mutumbo, for example, shoots 80% free throws while shaq the bricklayer shoots 50%. there are plenty of big guys with touch. the ones with no touch lack in coordination and imo only play in the NBA because of their size. shaq was doubly lucky because he is so heavy in addition to being tall.that is why he is so dominant. but where is the skill? imho, alan iverson has more talent in his broken pinky finger than shaq has in his 340 pounds. that's why i think they should raise the rim height to 12 ft at least--it would make it more difficult for gargantuan bricklayers to compete.
