les, an effective $100 tax cut on the low end is much different than an effective $1 mil, $10 mil+ tax cut on the top side, wouldn't you agree? who will make up the $1 mil, $10 mil+ in taxes? the last time i checked the govt was growing and i don't believe bubble sized tax receipts will continue to rise forever as assumed by our beloved politicians.
