I think INTC will settle this in a little while. Unless they announce a new chip that cures cancer, Aids, the common cold, and PMS, I say we're going to get hit and hard. I didn't look, but the SOXX looks like it has a failed triple top setting up. Lots of H&S stuff forming also.
