UPS is going down the tubes. We had two packages we paid extra ($66.00 for two normal sized and weight packages) to get delivered before Christmas. One showed up about December 29. The other in January. One got lost. One they claimed they couldn't deliver because the apartment number wasn't on it. But the apartment complex has a full time front desk staff and they didn't even ask the front desk which the apartment was.

A few years ago they started using fewer and fewer full time employees to save money and benefits. But they've paid a high price for it. Ten years ago we used to insist that all packages come UPS. Now we insist they come PO.
