June 7, 2001--Firelight Corporation (FRL – CDNX) is in the final stage of a distribution agreement with NewGolf, LLC of Boca Raton, FLA. The contract will call for an upfront cash payment to Firelight, based on overall quota requirements.
NewGolf, LLC was founded for the purpose of providing the average golfer with premier instruction and state of the art equipment otherwise unavailable on a mass market basis.
