I've seen measurements of AMD's channel lengths and they are indeed on the extreme edge of late, hence the conclusion that AMD is desperate to keep from falling farther behind. This is not speculation. It is real and the evidence is there in their silicon. What are you talking about? Do you mean physical poly dimensions at the poly/gate oxide interface or some measure of actual electrical channel length? I'm still waiting on fingolfen's data. THE WATSONYOUTH
