Can someone tell me why NVS has not risen on all the positive writeups of their new cancer drug??

I'm just guessing here, but for every $1,000 spent by the 10,000-20,000 worldwide sufferers of the particular cancer targeted by the drug, that's only $10-20M gross, the earnings on which would be negligible for a company whose market cap is $2.57B, like Novartis.
