Hi Gordon,

Thanks for posting the several articles. It does seem that we may be in the denoument phase of the financial crisis that has gripped California.

As far as the WSJ piece, all I can say is that it reminded me of reading Joseph Heller's classic, Catch-22. All we need is a Milo Minderbinder character to come out of the woodwork. I'm shocked, shocked that the reporter, Rebecca Smith, didn't castigate the governor for hiring the head of LADWP as an advisor, as well as the COO of CAISO. And why is it that I get the feeling this "news" article/opinion piece was written in the Houson headquarters of Reliant Energy?
