Ron,

I just wrote to Bob that I would (perhaps -- with some major alterations to the business model) want to invest in Object Design because I think the products have a lot to offer.

I also mentioned that EXLN/CBIS holds no interest for me, but must for someone else. I think you are "someone else".

This reinforces the rationale for spinning-off Object Design after the merger.
