Oh Chaz your post is exactly what I went through. Exactly. I should have put most of the money aside last year and I waited, panick traded, lost lost lost and now have very little left...and in April I was too paralyzed to do anything. Not sure how to rebuild and I'm retiring in March so I am not in good shape. And I agree there are tough times ahead....Oct is always bad anyway why should this Oct be any different. Probably some good profit making times for a while though. Greed and fear...we knew those were the dangerous emotions in the market..but could not counteract them when they hit. Freeus Good luck to us: it's been so traumatic for me I've gone for counseling and I'm not much of a believer in "that stuff" Studying Zen too...maybe I'll be able to learn to be calmer about it all.
