wow 1/3 of NYSE stocks never opened today due to technical problems and now the entire NYSE has been halted until 11:15 AM. This is rare ----------- 09:41 ET NYSE Delays : Hearing from sources at the NYSE that posts 1-8 are down, causing delayed openings in a number of stocks and also distorting the levels on the Dow and S&P. 10:16 ET NYSE Halted : --Update-- Hearing from traders on the Big Board floor that all NYSE stocks will be halted until 11:15ET.
