I can't do that because it is a direct access site. You have to have a user name and password to get into it. I actually can get to the site and open it. It is just when I hit one of their tabs - the site has multiple tabs to access client information - it immediately gets me the illegal operation message. I feel the same way about re-installing IE - I'm accessing other sites. This one automatically shuts down on me. This never happened before either until yesterday, and I know they were working on their site all day yesterday - doesn't that sound fishy? What bothers me is that they claim that I am the only one with this problem. I already lost one day of work yesterday and it looks like today will be washout until I figure this out!
