$2.50 a share. Yes, but if you read the PR that price is "subject to adjustment." In other words, meaningless.

Belmont: of course, no advertising because Ubet cannot take bets on the Belmont tomorrow. It will next year if it is still around then. UBET has about $7M left and burns about $700,000 a month.

Yes, it's a good product but survival is iffy. UBET gave TVG 19.9 per cent of its shares for .001 cents a share and 5.5 per cent of the handle it will do from TVG's exclusive tracks. That cuts deeply into Ubet's piece of an already slim margin.

No sure things in horse racing--or stocks.
