No I don't. Only one came up. I just got off the phone with them and they are telling me that the only thing to do is to reinstall IE - I told them that I did and it didn't work - they don't know what to tell me.

This may be a shot in the dark, but would changing my password do anything? My password worked when I accessed the site on my neighbor's computer.
