Before you overreact, willcousa, note that Kumar has pretty much thought that Intel has been an excellent buy the entire time that he's been an analyst.

I cannot recall a time that Kumar hasn't had Intel rated either a buy or a strong buy. The only difference in his rating (buy or strong buy) has been his short term opinion. Long term, he's always been a buyer.
