Legislative Agendas and Corporate Welfare Initiatives

Hi Mike,

I'm very curious about your statement: I was quite discouraged to see power in the senate turn over to the democrats. There were some bills in the works to really help create true competition in telecom world.

I'm not familiar with bills that were working their way through the Senate. The only one I'm intimately aware of is H.R. 1542, the Tauzin-Dingell: "You Bribe Me and I'll Provide Corporate Welfare to Monopolists and Kill Your Competitors Bill"

The stupid, evil and disgusting Corporate Welfare Bill:

Ahem, I think you and I may agree to disagree on what Sen. Jeffords done wrought... Hehe.

But seriously, what intelligent legislation were you referring to?

Best, Ray :)
