Ray- I don't know the specifics. I just read some general rollups in some of my hard copy trade magazines. I think, but am not certain, you and I probably do disagree on how broadband should be encouraged. I am of the camp that says no matter how hard government tries, they can't create and force free market competition. The demise of the CLECs is an example of government policy that does not work. No matter how many thousands of rules you come up with, it wasn't enough to keep government create competitors alive. All just IMHO of course. -MikeM(From Florida)
