It may look bad, however IMO it looks as if the MM's are playing games with COTG again and a lot of people bit.
The bid went down to 1/32 and actually there was only one trade of 90,000 shares at that price; everybody panicked, thought COTG was going out, and dumped. Then the MM's and others jumped in and started buying all they could at the then ask of 1/16th. After things settled down, the b/a changed back to the 'normal' range of 6-9 cents and ended the day with the friendly buy at 3/32. Neat way to get a lot of shares at what really is a bargain price.
Could be a sign that something is afoot that the MM's know about, whether good or bad.
