All the others were religious leaders.

None of the people I quoted were Christians. THAT was the point: that non Christians were chock full of morality!!

I thought religion was the problem

No! You thought that Pedohilia (as an example of harming others) could not be considered immoral on the basis of REASON and EMPATHY, but required the supernatural Christian God to pronounce it as either right or wrong! I demonstrated to you, over a series of posts, that your ideas in this regard are insulse, soft, and giddy. In a word: you were WRONG! The Christian God is not required in any way, shape, or form, for humankind to make sensible distinctions between right and wrong!

REASON and EMPATHY are not supernatural qualities. Morality can be, and it always HAS been...DECIDED in the natural world--by HUMAN BEINGS! It has always been this way. And to the degree that an individual or group had developed the combination of REASON and EMPATHY--to that degree were their behaviours less hurtful to those around them. I have broguht you a long way, Greg!!
