Hi guys : here's the latest press release, and I don't know what the heck is going on. Maybe Cambior wants shares for .40 or maybe there is problems in Ecuador, I'm not sure as of right now. Cambior puts hold on completing $950,000 private placement Zappa Resources Ltd ZPA Shares issued 17,053,790 Jun 12 close $0.45 Fri 13 Jun 97 News Release Mr Albert Gerry reports Cambior of Montreal has put a hold on completing its previously announced private placement of $950,000, the funds of which were to be applied towards the final property payment on the Papa Grande concession of southwestern Ecuador. Zappa has arranged with the Papa Grande owner's representative to formalize by June 20 1997 a proposed extension of the US$600,000 final land payment.
