Tradelite, One question might be how many of these "large" independent brokers participated in private placement purchases of HOMS? I can assure you that the largest independent broker in our area filed to sell $1,000,000+ worth of 144 stock in 2000. This is a very successful, and well connected operation that I would want on my side if I was IPO'ing HOMS. I just have a feeling that these type of investors got a very "sweet" price on their stock and in my mind a type of payment to use HOMS services. Will they patronize HOMS when all the 144 stock is gone? No POSition, but if it breaks 30 I will be short again. Brad
