How does one exercise call options after Market Close?

I have 10 call option contracts to buy MSFT at 75 that expire on Saturday June 16th.

If MSFT closes on Friday June 15th at 75 or less, the contracts are virtually worthless.

But, if news is released after the market close on expiration Friday that is favorable to MSFT and the stock jumps to 77 or 78 in after market trading, is there any way to still exercise the options since they technically do not expire until the next day?

Thanks.
