I believe it's July 27. I haven't received anything either. I think they're trying to save on expenses by getting rid of all of their shareholders by withholding the information. No shareholders means they don't have to send out those pesky Annual Reports and listen to their silly complaints at a shareholders meeting. They don't care if the stock's at $2 - they'll just write themselves some more cheap options to exercise at a 300% gain. Let's see - 56 million shares outstanding and 200 million authorized...only 144 million more to allocate to themselves. What a crock this has become.
