I believe that law gives each minor a one year mandatory jail sentence after three strikes for drinking related arrests. Jenna has two now. My son lives in Houston and says the papers there are all claiming the Secret Service got Jenna out of the bar before they could get her boyfriend...who got picked up and arrested a few weeks back. She was drinking also but the SS saved her butt. They went back in to find her boyfriend but the police had already arrested him. She can't control herself and that's a bad sign for Jenna. The girl needs help.......not denial. Lot's of teenagers drink but most are smart enough to control it so they don't get caught. When you are a high profile individual you must realize its harder to use a fake ID......who in heck in Texas wouldn't recognize one of the Bush family!!
