Bill or bastards.
Shouldn't parents be encouraged to take care of their kids. we shouldn't have government i.e. taxpayers taking care of kids. parents will do a better job. but, we shouldn't disincentivize them. kids shouldn't get free food, clothes, education, etc. - then many parents won't provide. we shouldn't make heroes of the uninsured. people should have insurance-not expect government to provide health care for free.
